MyEmergencyContactInfo.org is an educational program offered by ParentGrief, an Ohio 501(c)3 Ohio non-profit organization.
was established in 2007 by two sisters; Linda Wuestenberg and LuAnn Grover, who each experienced the devasting loss
of a child, a grandson and a cousin.
Our services come to you at no charge, but we do need your
financial help. This is a true grassroots effort. We operate on a ridiculously tiny budget with no paid employees.
The Emergency Contact Database is available to your family because of the great personal tragedy
we suffered. We worked with law enforcement and our legislators to create the first state in the US that allows you
to voluntarily provide Emergency Contact Information that is securely stored within the records of your Ohio Drivers License
or State ID. This work has been done with love and passion. The Ohio Emergency Contact Database was successfully
implemented in 2008 that allows Ohio cititzens to be quickly united with loved ones after any kind of accident or illness
that renders a victim unable to speak.
